Use one reward per order. A reward may cover no more than 20% of eligible merchandise value and no more than $50. Excluded merchandise, tax and shipping do not count toward the minimum.

What counts

Earn 1 point for every complete $1 of eligible merchandise spend after discounts. Tax, shipping and the discounted portion of a purchase do not earn points.

Final Sale, marked-down merchandise and items priced under $100 are excluded from earning and redemption.

One offer at a time

Choose either a Refashion Reward or a sale code. Rewards cannot be combined with sale codes, coupon codes, another reward or a sitewide promotion.

Points used for a reward are deducted when the reward is issued.

Twelve months

Each batch of points expires 12 months after it was earned. Signing in or making another purchase does not restart that period.

Points earned on canceled or returned purchases are reversed. Partial returns reverse the corresponding points.

How do I earn and save points?

Sign in or create an account using the email connected to your purchases. Eligible purchases automatically add points to your balance, where they remain available until used or expired.

How do I use my points?

Sign in, view your available rewards, choose one you have enough points for and apply its code to an eligible order at checkout.

When do points expire?

Each batch expires 12 months after it was earned. Already used or expired points are not restored.

Can I combine a reward with a sale code?

No. Choose the offer you prefer. Refashion Rewards cannot be combined with a sale code, another coupon or a sitewide promotion.

What if my email changed or my balance looks wrong?

Email info@the-refashion.com and include the email used for earlier purchases. Never send a password or verification code.
