We’re The Refashion, a small business based in New York. Since 2008, we’ve been finding pre-owned designer jewelry and accessories with character, quality and plenty of life left in them.

We’re hands-on with every piece. We source, inspect and authenticate it in-house, take the product photographs ourselves, and personally pack every order. We answer your messages ourselves, too. AI helps us with behind-the-scenes admin.

Circular fashion is at the heart of what we do. We love a great find and believe beautiful, well-made pieces should keep being worn and enjoyed. We carry that approach through to shipping, using recycled packaging for every order.

We want you to love your purchase and feel comfortable getting in touch. Questions, suggestions and feedback are always welcome. We’re human, and mistakes can happen. If you notice an error on our website or with our inventory, please let us know so we can put it right.
